Directions for Use
Dissolve the kuzu in a small amount of cold water and slowly add it to a sweet or savory sauce, heating it on the stove, stirring constantly until thick and translucent. Use one tablespoon of Kuzu to thicken approximately 240ml of liquid (one cup).

Close the packaging tightly after use and store in a cool, dry place.
