First cold-pressed on a mechanical press, followed by simple filtration on blotting paper, preserving all the richness in mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids, including alpha acid from rapeseed, as well as its high content of vitamin E, a natural antioxidant. The appearance of a slight deposit is normal and indicates quality. May contain traces of gluten, derivative products, soy, nuts, and sesame seeds.
