Pure and natural grapefruit essential oil (citrus paradisi) (100%).

Warnings:
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Dilute essential oils in a base oil (preferably Rosehip oil) or a neutral product before using directly on skin or in the bath. Be cautious with sensitive and allergic skin: first dilute 1 drop of essential oil in a little base oil, and apply on the inner elbow. After 24 hours, if no reaction occurs (redness, itching, or irritation), you can apply the oil in the recommended dosage. Be careful in cases of epilepsy, asthma, allergies, pregnant women, and children under 6 years old.
How to Take/Use:
Oral: 3 to 5 drops per day - Topical: only if diluted in a base oil. Diffusion: pure or mixed with other essential oils. Caution: phototoxic! For more information, read the included leaflet.
