Recommended use:
- Mix 1 1/2 scoops (30-35 g) of protein powder in a shaker or blender with 300-350 ml of milk, plant-based milk (preferably naturally sweet rice, almond, spelt-based drink, or sweetened soy drink), fruit juice, or a smoothie, and shake for 15 seconds. Drink immediately.
