Probios' Quinoa Gnocchi are long-life gnocchi made with potatoes and quinoa flour, guaranteed vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, and gluten-free, reimbursable by the National Health System. The Altri Cereali line offers organic gluten-free products based on herbaceous plants and cereals, as an alternative to corn and rice: millet, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, teff, and oats with an unmistakable flavor and precious nutrient content. Directions for Use: Recommended for cooking in a pot or skillet. In a pot (2 minutes): Pour the gnocchi into plenty of slightly salted water and cook over low heat. Let it come to the surface, drain, and season with your favorite sauce. In a pot (3 minutes): Pour the gnocchi directly from the package into the pot, along with the sauce. Add a drop of water and sauté gently until fully absorbed. Precautions: May contain traces of soy. Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 days.
