Eucalyptus plantations are often used to dry swampy areas due to their drying action on the ground. Taking into account the phytosociology of trees and plants, we can observe that the essential oil of eucalyptus radiata has a drying action on the moisture in our body. Additionally, since ancient times, plasters made from eucalyptus radiata leaves have been used to dry the lungs when congestion is present.
