Wintergreen is a ground-level shrub that grows up to 15 cm tall. It thrives in Canada in acidic, sandy forests and swamps. This essential oil is highly concentrated, with its main active ingredient being methyl salicylate, which has earned it the nickname of natural aspirin. How to use: Dilute 2 drops of this essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil. Apply to clean, dry skin with a gentle massage until fully absorbed. Warnings: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Store below 30ºC and away from direct sunlight. Discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur. Not recommended for use during pregnancy, lactation, or on children under 6 years old. Consult your doctor before use if allergic to salicylates or on anticoagulant therapy. Contains: linalool, citral, citronellol, eugenol, geraniol, limonene (naturally occurring).
