Food supplement based on psyllium and fig, in sticks. Ingredients: Psyllium husks powder (Plantago ovata F. - 8.3g/2 sachets), inulin, and oligofructose. Powdered form (8.3g/2 sachets), fig powder (Ficus carica L - 1.6g/2 sachets), acidifier, citric acid, anti-caking agent: sodium bicarbonate, silicon dioxide, natural flavor, dry elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra L. - 66mg/2 sachets). How to Take/Use: Empty the contents of the sachet into a large glass of water, mix well, and drink immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. - Adults: take 1 to 2 sachets/day, as needed. - Children between 6 and 12 years old: 1 sachet/day. - Children between 3 and 6 years old: medical advice is recommended.
