Cannabis Line is formulated to effectively reduce inflammation and pain associated with osteoarticular disorders. It is composed of potent anti-inflammatories such as PEA. Palmitoylethanolamide is a lipid substance produced by the body endogenously before inflammatory or tissue pain situations. It has different mechanisms of action:
- Acts as an analgesic (blocks some pain receptors by directly acting on the body's endocannabinoid system);
- Acts as an anti-inflammatory (reduces the activity of certain enzymes and cells that induce inflammation).
These effects have been demonstrated in various clinical studies in patients with chronic and/or neuropathic inflammation and pain conditions. Additionally, it has been shown that PEA has a protective and regulatory function in the immune system, aiding in the treatment and prevention of other pathologies.
Boswellia
Boswellic Acid, the active principle of Boswellia, blocks the synthesis of pro-inflammatory substances, categorizing it as a natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic. Well tolerated at the digestive level, unlike other plants traditionally used as anti-inflammatories (such as turmeric or devil's claw in high concentrations), making it essential for prolonged treatment. It is indicated in the treatment of chronic rheumatic processes and as pain relief in osteoarthritis.
