Organic whole spelt wheat couscous. Made from steamed whole spelt flour. Ingredients: Whole spelt WHEAT flour*, water. *Organic production. Usage: Add boiling water in the ratio of 200g of couscous to 350ml of water. Cover for 4 minutes, then fluff the grains with a fork. You can add a sautéed onion, carrots, or other vegetables. When cold, it also serves as a base for great salads.
