Organic hard wheat semolina pasta. Ingredients: Hard WHEAT semolina*. *Organic production, IT-BIO-009, Origin: EU/Non-EU Agriculture. Contains gluten. May contain traces of egg and soy.
Nutritional information per 100g: Energy 1502 kJ/354 kcal; Fat-1.4g, of which saturates- 0.3g; Carbohydrates- 73.0g, of which sugars- 3.0g; Fiber- 32.8g; Proteins- 11.0g; Salt< 0.1g.
Usage instructions: Do not pre-cook. In a greased tray, layer raw lasagna followed by a layer of not too concentrated bechamel or tomato sauce. Cover again with lasagna and repeat. Always finish with a layer of sauce and cheese covering the last slice of lasagna. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 35 minutes. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.
