All raw materials are ground slowly in small batches at their own Eco-factory:
- No added sugar;
- Mostly no added salt;
- No dairy;
- Gluten-free.
Nutritionally, nuts and seeds are a very good source of minerals, with nuts being richer in monounsaturated oils and seeds in polyunsaturated oils.
These products make these essential nutrients easily assimilated in the context of a careful, healthy, and varied diet.

The Eco-factory utilized the facilities of an old abandoned 19th-century mine to establish itself.
The goal of making this unit a zero-carbon emissions building and achieving an "excellent" BREEAM* rating involves:
- Use of Photo-Voltaic Cells producing 30KWp of electricity;
- Producing hot water from solar thermal panels and a 60KW biomass burner, using wood from their own prunings and pellets produced in the UK;
- Thermal insulation with wool and hemp fibers installed in the wooden structure of the building, constructed with FSC-certified wood by local carpenters;
- Thermal-cut doors and windows to harness solar energy;
- Low-energy light bulbs;
- Rainwater collection for use in the laundry and toilets.
Environmental impact is further minimized with the following procedures:
- No air transport is used for product shipment;
- Glass jars that can be easily recycled using glass banks are used;
- Recycled cardboard trays;
- Supplier packaging is reused to send products;
- Green waste is composted, and cardboard is recycled;
- Heat from refrigerators and compressors of the Eco-factory is reused;
- Electricity not generated by the Photo-Voltaic panels is acquired from "Ecotricity".
