Biotona Buckwheat is produced from sprouted seeds of Fagopyrum esculentum. Also known as black wheat, it is not a cereal in the botanical sense, but is referred to as such due to its usage.
After careful washing, buckwheat seeds are sprouted for 1 or 2 days under controlled conditions. Following germination, they are dried within 24 hours at a maximum temperature of 42°C. This process ensures the highest quality and preservation of nutrients and enzymes compared to typical industrial treatments, where seeds are exposed to temperatures up to 100°C. Thanks to organic cultivation and this treatment method, Biotona sprouted buckwheat is a healthy and crunchy product with a slightly sweet flavor.
This product is recommended for breakfast, either alone or mixed with other superfoods, added to muesli, sprinkled on desserts, fruit salads, and pudding, or enjoyed on its own for a powerful and invigorating taste.
