The Yosoy Rice drink is sweet, hydrating, and full-bodied, with low saturated fat content. It has low salt content, which helps maintain normal blood pressure. Yosoy Rice is produced by grinding the grain, macerating it, and using amylases (enzymes that convert carbohydrates like starch into glucose molecules) to extract all the nutrients and sweetness from the rice. A touch of sunflower oil is added for the desired texture and flavor. The drink undergoes UHT treatment for food safety and is finally packaged. It is recommended to consume Yosoy Rice cold or at room temperature at any time of the day, ideal for a balanced diet using plant proteins and for those sensitive to dairy and/or gluten products. Additionally, its consumption helps achieve the minimum daily intake of 2 liters of water. Ingredients: Montseny water, rice (15%), sunflower oil, sea salt.
