In the house: - to eliminate odors from the trash can, refrigerator, and shoe rack (place a few tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate in these places and replace every 3 months); - to deep clean carpets and rugs (spread sodium bicarbonate, let it sit for 1 day, shake and vacuum); - to enhance the action of detergent in the washing machine (one tablespoon in the detergent compartment); - to clean the bathtub (a little sodium bicarbonate on a damp sponge). Personal hygiene: - toning and emollient bath (300g in warm bath water); - gentle skin cleansing (a few tablespoons in the sink water); - relief of tired feet and legs (2 tablespoons per liter of water); - combat bad breath (rinse with a solution of half a teaspoon dissolved in a glass of water).
